Field trip is an EP that was meant to be released as an instrumental Tape, until The universe decided for Blass and Kimchi to cross paths.
Blass 89 spotted Kimchi through a Beatmaker’s blog, and decided to post a freestyle of " Kicks up a storm ".
Kimchi found Blass dramatic, loud, exciting and realized it was exactly what he was looking for in that exact moment.

They decided to meet up for a studio session the same week. One thing led to another, by the end of the session they decided to drop the whole EP together.

Field trip is a voyage through time, cultures, and genres. With samples taken from cartoons, jazz, arabic songs, and soul music. Inspired by Alan the chemist, Action Bronson, J Dilla, Hi teck & No I-D.

They are taking you on a field trip while they are discovering how both their worlds are merging into one.
